Program Description

IIndustrial Engineering prepares professionals capable of optimizing systems, processes, and projects across a wide range of industrial and service sectors. Students develop expertise in methodologies and tools related to quality management, productivity, goods and services production, supply chain management, development, and innovation. The program adopts a systemic, comprehensive, human-centered, and socially responsible approach, ensuring that organizations meet stakeholder requirements, enhance competitiveness, and achieve long-term sustainability. Throughout the program, students acquire managerial competencies in high-performance team leadership, project management, and methodologies such as Six Sigma. These skills enable graduates to improve production processes, industrial projects, manufacturing systems in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), service organizations, and government institutions. Industrial Engineering graduates are prepared to lead organizational transformation by implementing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, foster innovation, and contribute to sustainable business growth and societal development.
